“A frame of life” photography competition organized by Binh Dinh Newspaper from 1st April 2006 to 31st December 2006 closed with 327 photos of 27 photographers after 9 months. This is quite a big collection of competitive photos, especially in light of an arts press photograph competition. Out of the 317 works, many captures very valuable moment and spectacles of daily simple life, leaving a strong impression on viewers.
