This afternoon (the 12th, December 2006), at 14h30, at the South head of Thi Nai Bridge, People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province will formally organize an Inauguration of Thi Nai Bridge, the longest over sea bridge in Vietnam. After the inauguration, a ground-breaking ceremony of technical infrastructure construction of A Industrial Zone, of electricity supply system (first stage), of telecommunication system, of main roads,etc. in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Nhon Hoi EZ) will take place at Hoi Binh, Hoi Loi and Hoi Tan Hamlets (Nhon Hoi Commune).

According to the Organizers, the inauguration and ground-breaking ceremony will welcome presence of Mr. Truong Tan Sang, Member of the Politburo of the Party Central Committee, Standing member of Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee; Mr. Nguyen Sinh Hung, Member of the Politburo of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice-Prime Minister of the Central Government; Mr. Hoang Trung Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Industry; Mr. Mai Ai Truc, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; representatives of central ministries, of other neighbour provinces’ bodies and agencies; embassies and consulates general of some countries; international and local investors; leaders of Binh Dinh Province; representatives of bodies and agencies of Binh Dinh Province, local people in Quy Nhon City and other neighbour districts.
The inauguration of Thi Nai Bridge is an important premise to boost progress rate of infrastructure construction in Nhon Hoi EZ and to facilitate implementation of registered investment projects in Nhon Hoi EZ by the international and local investors.
