Binh Dinh Province People's Committee has promulgated the document on approving the expansion of wharf on an area of 40 hectares for Nhon Phuoc resettlement area. Provincial People's Committee authorized Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (EZ) Administration to cooperate with consultancy and relevant bodies to carry out the adjustment.
The Department of Transport and Communications was also authorized to combine with Construction Department, Nhon Hoi EZ Administration, and Phu Cat District People's Committee to propose solutions for the adjustment of the road No ĐT 639, going through Vinh Hoi resort (Vinh Hoi Hamlet, Cat Hai Commune, Phu Cat District).
