Man Ngoc Ly, head of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (EZ) Administration, on October 27 held a meeting with Toshino Uetano, head of technical board, and representatives of JFE Steel Corporation (Japan).

At the meeting, after listening to an overview of Nhon Hoi EZ and investment incentive policies, Toshino Uetano presented the plan of building a steel factory in Nhon Hoi EZ. Under the plan, the factory will be built on an area of 600 hectares with the investment capital of US$3-5 billion. It will require a separate port and great supply of water for production.

The infrastructure of Nhon Hoi EZ could fulfill the requirements and Nhon Hoi EZ Administration would create the best favorable conditions for investors to soon conduct the project, said Ly.
