US$383 mil of FDI capital pours in Binh Dinh

29 projects with US$383 million of foreign direct investment (FDI) capital have been invested in Binh Dinh so far. Eight FDI projects worth $72.5 million have been granted investment licenses in the first eleven months this year.

97 projects with the capital of VND494.5 billion have been licensed since the new Law on Investment was put into practice in July 1, 2006, of which 61 projects were licensed by Binh Dinh Province People's Committee, 10 by Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Administration, and 26 by Binh Dinh Industrial Zone Administration.

There are about 2,500 enterprises with the total capital of over VND7,000 in Binh Dinh, let alone 300 co-operatives and 50,000 individual business households.
