BaoBinhDinh - Sold out its 770,000 treasury stocks to raise fund for construction of 2 new hydro-electricity plants

“Vinh Son-Song Hinh Hydro-electricity Joint-stock Co. has just authorized Saigon Securities Incorporation to re-sold its 770,000 treasury stocks with aim to raise fund for construction of 2 new hydro-electricity plants (Vinh Son 2 and Kon Tum Upstream in Kon Tum Province)” said Mr. Tran Le Canh, Director of Vinh Son-Song Hinh Hydro-electricity Joint-stock Co.

Vinh Son 2 hydro-electricity plant accounts for VND 1,465 billion (USD 91,562.5) worth of investment capital. With its designed 90-MW capacity, it is expected to supply 359.8 million Kwh/year. The 220-MW-capacity Kon Tum upstream hydro-electricity makes up VND 3,890 billion (USD 243,125) of capital and will supply 925 million Kwh/year.
