Senior Commercial Officer Miguel Pardo de Zela from U.S Department of Commerce in Vietnam investigates investment environment in Binh Dinh Province
19:15', 22/3/ 2007 (GMT+7)

Mr. Miguel Pardo de Zela visited Anh Viet Trading Co., Ltd.

On 19th March, Senior Commercial Officer Miguel Pardo de Zela from U.S Department of Commerce in Vietnam held discussions with Binh Dinh Province Department of Planning and Investment, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Management Board and 2 wood export processing companies in Binh Dinh (Anh Viet Trading Co., Ltd. and My Tai Co., Ltd) with aim to investigate the provincial investment environment.

Mr. Miguel Pardo de Zela said he wanted to get more detail information about Binh Dinh, particularly about local businesses to provide them for U.S enterprises. He aimed to build a partnership bridge between the provincial businesses and the U.S enterprises. Export turn-over of the local businesses to U.S market was just a small part of total export turn-over of the province- commented Mr. Miguel Pardo de Zela.

There have been 3 U.S investors (2 branches, 1 company)  in Binh Dinh so far. “In near future,  more and more U.S investors will come to Binh Dinh, especially to Nhon Hoi EZ” pledged Mr. Zela. Information about potentialities and advantages of Binh Dinh will reach the U.S investors soon.

Mr. Zela highly praised high quality and diversified designs of outdoor wooden export products of the two local companies. He promised to quickly introduce the companies to U.S importers.
