Binh Dinh specialities, such as Bau Da wine, Cho Huyen fermented fork roll, Tam Quan girdle cake, dried beef, or fish sauce have been famous nationwide. Many visitors, therefore, want to enjoy them and buy some for their friends or relatives when visiting Binh Dinh. Previously, these specialities were often sold in villages where they are made and shops separately, which was very inconvenient for people who want to buy.

The director of Huong Que Co., Ltd, Nguyen Tuyet Hoa, has recently decided to open the Binh Dinh specialities introduction center to introduce and provide specialities in Binh Dinh. “We just flashed on the idea of open a center to introduce Binh Dinh specialities when realizing that other localities have their own distributors to introduce their specialities to visitors. Binh Dinh is the province where there are many well-known specialities, but there is no place for introducing and distributing them. We opened this center with the aim at helping people to enjoy Binh Dinh specialities,” said Hoa.

Currently, there are 29 specialities introduced at the center, such as Bau Da wine, Cho Huyen fermented fork roll, Tam Quan girdle cake, dried beef, or fish sauce. All of them are packaged and very eye-catching. Alongside this, the center also sells other food such as clean meat and vegetable, and oyster mushroom. At the center there is an area for people to enjoy freely specialities before deciding buying them.

“I already know Binh Dinh specialities, but I don’t dare to buy at roadside shops because they can sell counterfeit specialities. I also don’t have any condition to buy at villages. I, therefore, came here at once to buy some when knowing this center,” said Nguyen Thu Phong, a visitor from Nha Trang.

Huong Que Co., Ltd plans to open shops in other provinces to introduce Binh Dinh specialities to people nationwide.
