Detailed plan for Phuong Mai Int’l sea eco-tourism area

Chairman of Binh Dinh province People’s Committee, Mr. Vu Hoang Ha, has approved the detailed plan for Phuong Mai International sea eco-tourism area.

The tourism area situates in the south of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone with the total natural area of nearly 360 hectares. It is designed as a resort meeting international standards.

The Phuong Mai Int’l sea eco-tourism area includes the coastal resort, villas, hotels and entertainment areas. The project will be built from 2008 to 2015 with the total capital of VND 1,434 billion (US$8.9 million). The investor, Urban Civilisation Development Joint Stock Company, will conduct the project under three phases and after being finished, the sea eco-tourism area will be expected to attract 202,000 turns of tourists per year by 2010, and 298 by 2020.
