A seminar on the development of wood processing sector in Binh Dinh was held on October 1 in Quy Nhon city.
Representatives of relevant bodies and 30 enterprises in Binh Dinh attended the seminar.
The wood processing sector has become one of key industries in Binh Dinh in the past few years.
At present, there are over 60 wood processing enterprises in Binh Dinh. Their products have been exported to many countries and territories with the annual turnover of 200 million USD.
Participants said that it was necessary to overcome the shortage of raw material and labor force for the sustainable development of wood processing sector in Binh Dinh.
Advanced technologies, the quality, and trade promotion should be focused on, they added.
