Binh Dinh Department of Science and Technology and Management Training Institute on November 11 opened a course on implementing the action program of international economic integration in fields of science and technology in Binh Dinh.
More than 30 representatives of Science and Technology Departments in provinces of Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Tien Giang, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, and HCM City joined the course.
The cource focused on the law on science and technology, scientific research, intellectual property rights protection, and State management on Standards, Measures, and Quality in the international integration period.
