Five enterprises operating in Binh Dinh were involved in the top 500 biggest private-run businesses in Vietnam in 2008, according to the 2008 list of the 500 biggest businesses in Vietnam (VNR500).
These include Phu Tai JSC, PETEC Binh Dinh JSC, Tien Dat wood industry JSC, No 47 Construction JSC, and Hoai Nhon Aquiculture JSC.
The 2008 VNR500 has been compiled based on the database developed and updated by Vietnam Report and statistics provided by relevant agencies, including the General Statistics Office and General Department of Customs.
