Seminar on wood processing held

Binh Dinh Deparment of Trade, International Finance Corporation – Mekong Private Sector Development Facility, and Vietnam-Japan Human Resources Cooperation Center held a seminar on March 14.

Representatives of functional bodies and 50 enterprises in Binh Dinh participated in the seminar.

The seminar aimed to summarize the development program of wood processing enterprise cluster and 5 S program.

The program has been carried out in Binh Dinh since July, 2005 with the aim at enhancing the competitiveness and the sustainable development for wood processing enterprises. It also targets to save the energy and raw material, improve the labor environment, and provide training courses.

Thanks to the program, many seminars have been held. At the seminar, most enterprises highly appreciated the effectiveness of the program.
