ODA projects in Phu My to be intensified

Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien held a meeting with Mr. Patrick De Bouck, Head of Development Cooperation Division – Embassy of Belgium in Vietnam and Belgian experts on April 17.

Two sides worked on projects of VIE 04 023 11 and VIE 03 022 11. These belong to the bilateral cooperation program between Belgium and Vietnam.

The project VIE 04 023 11 worth EURO 1 million has been conducted in 18 months (from July 2005 to August 2008, providing clean water for 13,000 local people in Phu My. The project VIE 03 022 11 worth EURO1.657 million aims to upgrade the irrigation works.

Vice Chairman Thien promised to create the most favourable conditions for the conduction of projects.
