Provincial Farmers Association, Binh Dinh Post, and Binh Dinh Department of Information and Communications had conducted the project of internet in rural areas, directing towards the socio-economic development in rural areas in 2008, said Vice-Chairman of Binh Dinh Farmers Association, Nguyen Xuan Dien.
Under the project, 22 training courses for internet using will be opened, 10 internet clubs for farmers will be established, and the website for its association will be built. Also, 135 commune cultural post offices will be upgraded with new equipment.
