These days, on the Phuong Mai peninsula, the construction of the infrastructure in B industrial zone, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, has being promoted. Leaders of Hong Yeung Vietnam Company promised that all items will have been finished in July.
Promote the progress
The construction of B Industrial Zone’s infrastructure has been started since September, 2007. However, it has only been speeded up for the past two months. Early 2008, nearl VND20 billion was invested in buying trucks, excavators, and bulldozers to quickly carry out works.
All road-beds have been completed so far and their surfaces will be finished in the coming time. The application of American technologies makes the construction of roads in B industrial zone faster and better than traditional technologies.
The depressions on an area of 50 hectares will be levelled by two ways. Trucks, excavators, and bulldozers may be used to take sand from higher places to fill the depressions. Sand taken from the titanium exploitation will be also used through bulldozers.
The combination of two ways proved effective, said Vice General Director of Hong Yeung Co, Ltd. Dang Van Tuan.
The biggest difficulty is the hot weather which makes workers quickly exhausted. To solve the problem, prefabricated houses with air conditioners will be built.
Attract investors
Thanks to the investment promotion held in the past time, B Industrial Zone attracted some foreign investors, including Furlander Company (Germany) and other investors from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. All expressed their hope to soon invest in the industrial zone.
Hong Yeung Company is, therefore, striving to finish the infrastructure construction in time.
Tuan also asked for the expansion of fields of investment in B industrial zone to attract other potential investors all over the world. The important thing is that all projects don’t cause the environmental pollution and ensure their effectiveness.
