Binh Dinh has had more 189,567 home phone and cell phone subscribers in the firs six months of 2008, an increase of 27.4 percent over 2007, said provincial Department of Information and Communications.
There are also 14,216 internet subscribers, including 2,972 new ones, a surge of 37.1 percent over 2007.
Binh Dinh Department of Information and Communications will further the management, creating favorable conditions for businesses to better meet the people’s demands.
