The exhibition and fair within the framework of Tay Son – Binh Dinh Festival has opened on July 27. Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Vu Hoang Ha; Chairman of provincial People’s Council Nguyen Xuan Duong attended the ceremony.
The exhibition and fair taking place from July 27 to August 3 attracted over 400 stalls nationwide.
More than 50 traditional craft villages participated in the craft village festival. They have displayed traditional products and performed the making of these products, such as Bau Da wine, brocade, and traditional cakes.
The food and drink program also includes various types of specialties in Binh Dinh like Cho Huyen fermented pork roll, steamed rolls made of rice-flour, glutinous rice cake (filled with meat or green bean paste), and other dishes.
Other provinces have also joined the event with their own specialties like Hue beef noodle soup. The food and drink program is expected to be more attractive with the beer fest held by Sai Gon – Quy Nhon Beer JSC.
