The World Bank (WB) and Ministry of Industry and Trade have approved the 26 communes in Binh Dinh to participate in the project of rural energy – phase 2 (REII).
WB also approved to allocate US$6 million for Binh Dinh to carry out the project. It aims to improve the wiring in rural areas.
At present, Binh Dinh province People’s Committee has steered REII project administration to cooperate with local authorities to effectively carry out the project.
