Under the Dutch Government-sponsored biogas project, about 3,970 biogas works have been built in Binh Dinh since 2004, according to Director of biogas project administration, Dao Van Hung.
Most biogas works proved their effectiveness in the animal husbandry, environmental pollution treatment, and partly reduce “green house” effect.
Nearly 1,000 biogas works continued to be built in Binh Dinh in 2009 with the capital of VND1.1 billion.
