Cho Lon Trade Center construction kicked off

A ceremony to kick off the construction of Cho Lon Trade Center was held on August 28 in Quy Nhon city. Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien and representatives of Government Office and Ministry of Planning and Investment attended the ceremony.

An Phu Thinh Tourism-Construction-Investment-Development JSC is the investor. The construction will be carried out under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) form.

Cho Lon Trade Center will be built on an area of 7,100 sq.m, including eight storeys and one basement.

Also, there will be five elevators, two escalators, two stairs, four fire exit stairs, air-conditioning system, fire prevention system, and communication system.

The construction plans to be carried out in two years with the capital of VND259 billion.
