Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee on Sep.12 promulgated the Instruction No 10/CT-UBND on carrying out the law on individual income tax, implementing the Instruction No 22/2008/CT-TTg issued by the Prime Minister on July 15.
Binh Dinh Department of Tax is assigned to collaborate with relevant bodies to submit the plan to provincial People’s Committee for consideration to establish the provincial steering board on individual income tax implementation.
The instruction also steered relevant bodies to publicize the implementation of the law on individual income tax in Binh Dinh. The steering board must be set up until September 30.
The law on individual income tax is valid from January 1, 2009.
