Stated-owned companies rearranged, reformed

Binh Dinh People’s Committee on November 26 promulgated the document No.4083/UBND-TH on rearrange and reform companies with 100 percent of State-owned capital.

Accordingly, Lam Son Import-Export and Food Co., Ltd, Quy Nhon Mineral Water Co., Ltd, Thi Nai Port, and Quy Nhon Trade Union Tourism Co., Ltd will continue to be equitized.

Also, Binh Dinh Import, Export, Services, Investment, Production Corporation (PISICO) and Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Company (BIDIPHAR) will be converted into one-member Co., Ltd.

Binh Dinh Water Supply and Drainage Company, Binh Dinh Printing Company, Song Kon Forestry Company, Ha Thanh Forestry Company, and Quy Nhon Forestry Company will be converted into one-member Co., Ltd after December 31.

Song Kon Forestry Company and Ha Thanh Forestry Company will be separated from its parent company before the equitisation of PISICO.
