Binh Dinh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development’s management board for the WB-funded agriculture competitiveness project on December 11 held a seminar on conducting technology research and transfer for a competitive agriculture.
Participants agreed that the identification and implementation of applied research and the dissemination of proven technologies that are cost-efficient, responsive to market demands and incentives, and enhance the environmental sustainability of increasingly competitive farming practices.
They worked out many measures to conduct technology research and transfer, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of agricultural production.
