VND4 trillion for improving canals, rural infrastructure

The PM Nguyen Tan Dung has decided to aid provinces with VND4 trillion to strengthen canals, ditches, and the infrastructure in rural areas by 2015.

This is considered as one of urgent measures to prevent the economic regression, maintain the stable economic growth, and stimulate investment.
