Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has promulgated the Decision No 184/QD-UBND on implementing the Government’s Resolutions No 30/NQ-CP and No 01/NQ-CP on urgent measures to curb economic decline, maintain economic growth and ensure social welfare.
The four-solution package includes the promotion of production, business, and export, the implementation of investment and consumption stimulus measures, monetary and financial policies, and social welfare ensuring.
Accordingly, the industrial production, services and fields of agriculture, forest, and fishing will be promoted.
Districts of An Lao, Vinh Thanh, and Van Canh need to focus on subsidizing the credit loan for poor households, poor students, and other beneficiaries.
Poor ethnic minority households also need to be aided with favourable policies.
