Many activities help farmers develop economy
15:19', 5/4/ 2009 (GMT+7)

The province’s Farmers Association held a meeting on its tasks in the first quarter and the task implementation in the second quarter in Tam Quan Bac commune, Hoai Nhon District on Apr. 3.

Its affiliates have well aided farmers to prevent pestilent insects, fight against epidemic diseases, and protect crops and domestic animals, according to the reports.

The association held training courses for farmers to apply advanced technologies in production, creating favourable conditions for its members to take out loans.

It also held many events, attracting its members’ participation. The association will focus on the implementation of the “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign and other programs in the second quarter this year.
