Detailed plan of solid waste treatment facility approved

The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has approved the detailed plan of the solid waste treatment facility construction.

It will be built on an area of 29.7 ha in Cat Nhon commune of Phu Cat District, with many functional divisions.

When being brought into operation, the facility is expected to handle about 162 tons of daily-life solid waste, 671 tons of industrial solid waste, and 17 tons of dangerous waste each day.

The operation of the facility aims to collect and handle the solid waste at Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and neighbouring residential areas in Phu Cat Districts and Cat Nhon industrial cluster.
