The delegation of Ha Noi Tourism Promotion and Information Center visits Hoang Anh resort |
Aiming to strengthen the province’s tourism promotion in the north, particularly in Ha Noi, Binh Dinh Tourism Promotion Center (TPC) and Ha Noi Tourism Promotion and Information Center held talks on the cooperation.
At the Binh Dinh TPC’s invitation, the delegation of Ha Noi Tourism Promotion and Information Center visited the central province of Binh Dinh in early June, talking about the tourism development cooperation.
The delegation visited some hotels in the province, including Sai Gon-Quy Nhon, Hai Au (Seagull), Hoang Anh resort, and other tour operators.
Alongside the information about the province’s historic and cultural sites, they were also provided with the information on its tourism potential.
In addition to foreign tourism markets, Binh Dinh also focuses on domestic markets, particularly Ha Noi and HCM City, according Binh Dinh TPC’s manager Huynh Cao Nhat.
Ha Noi Tourism Promotion and Information Center was asked to assist Binh Dinh in some issues, as follows: (1) Encouraging tour operators in Ha Noi to visit Binh Dinh and cooperate with the province’s partners to strengthen each other’s operation; (2) Assisting Binh Dinh in holding talks with the city’s tour operators in the capital city on the occasion of Ha Noi’s 1,000th anniversary; (3) Assisting Binh Dinh in promoting the international festival of traditional martial arts held in Binh Dinh next year; (4) Introducing Binh Dinh to foreign tour operators in Ha Noi or at international tourism exhibitions; (5) Assisting Binh Dinh in calling upon the city’s tourism investors to invest in Binh Dinh.
The representative of Ha Noi Tourism Promotion and Information Center asked the province to advertise the National Tourism Year and join the Thang Long-Ha Noi international tourism festival 2010 as well as other events taking in Ha Noi next year.
During the visit, two sides agreed the cooperation programs. Initially, the capital city will help Binh Dinh to introduce the province’s destinations to tour operators in August Ha Noi. The information about Binh Dinh tourism will be advertised on the mass media in the capital city
Also, both will prepare for the “Journey through ancient capitals in Vietnam” tour in which Hoang De (Emperor) Citadel is one of destinations. .
