Credit contract for new urban area project signed

A credit contract worth VND350 billion for An Phu Thinh new urban area was signed in Quy Nhon on July 9.

Representatives of branches of State-run Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) in Binh Dinh, Phu Tai, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, and Ninh Thuan and An Phu Thinh company joined the signing ceremony.

Construction on VND973 billion project will be carried out on an area of 155 hectares in the north of Ha Thanh River.

The project is expected to include a modern urban area with many items, such as villas, apartment building, hospital, power and water supply systems, as well as other facilities, meeting the ever-increasing demand for housing.
