An Phu Thinh new urban area to be built

An Phu Thinh joint stock company on Sep.11 was allowed to build An Phu Thinh new urban area.

Under the project, the new urban area will be built on an area of 155 ha in wards of Dong Da and Nhon Binh with the capital of 2,450 trillion VND.

It is expected to meet the demand for housing and speed up the process of urbanization in Quy Nhon city.

The project will be implemented from 2010 to 2018.
