VND880 bn invested in wind power plant

The “Phuong Mai 1 wind power plant” project was one of many projects licensed at the investment promotion conference taking place in Quy Nhon city on January 20.

The project is expected to be an environmentally friendly one which will be given preference. Phuong Mai wind power joint stock company will invest VND880 billion in building the plant.

The plant will be built on an area of 243 hectares and it is expected to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2011.
