Two investors have been permitted to draw up detailed plans for two projects which are expected to be built at two sites along the Quy Nhon –Song Cau road.
The first project invested by Tran Khanh Quang, an overseas Vietnamese in the US will be carried out on an area of 2.5 hectares with main items, such as: motel, restaurant, souvenir shops, and tourism services.
The construction on the work worth VND25 billion is set to start this year.
Ngoc Dieu private company, the second project’s owner, was allowed to invest in an area of 0.95 ha. An estimated capital of VND10 billion will be used to build a series of restaurants, café, bar, souvenir shops and other entertainment services.
