The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has worked out the development planning for traditional craft villages in the province until 2010.

Under the plan, 38 craft villages will be created favourable conditions, helping them meet standards of infrastructure, vocational training, advanced technologies, and stable output.

Many traditional craft villages in Binh Dinh have strongly developed so far, such as Tam Quan Nam coconut matting village, Nhon Loc Bau Da wine village, and Nhon Phuc Song Than rice vermicelli village.
