Industrial production value up 13 pct

The province’s total industrial production value in May was estimated to reach over 528.3 billion VND, up 13 percent against the previous year’s corresponding period, according to the Department of Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, the non-State owned sector saw the value of 274.2 billion VND, an increase of 14 percent whilst the foreign-invested enterprises rose nearly 11 percent with 53.2 billion VND. The State-owned businesses were estimated to reach 104.6 billion, a surge of 13 percent.
