The An Phu Thinh Development Investment Construction and Tourism JSC announced the construction of An Phu Thinh new urban area at a press conference held on July 28.
Under the project, the construction is scheduled to kick off on August 2 on an area of 153 ha in the north of the Ha Thanh River with the total investment capital of more than VND2 trillion.
This is the first new urban project implemented in Binh Dinh, focusing on the quality of living standard, meeting the demand for housing as well as promoting the urbanization process.
The project includes three phases of which the last phase is expected to finish by 2018.
