The diplomatic and official passport and diplomatic note authentication for abroad trips will be issued via post office service since October 1, announced the Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee on September 24.
Acting as a proxy for the provincial People’s Committee, the Office of Foreign Affairs under the provincial People’s Committee Office (at the address No. 1, Tran Phu Street, Quy Nhon City, Tel.: 056-3821504) will receive and send application files for diplomatic, official passport issuance or diplomatic note authentication for abroad trips of the provincial officials and civil servants via post office.
The officials and civil servants, who want to get a new first, re-issued or renewed diplomatic, official passport or a diplomatic note for abroad trips should submit their applications in person to the Office of Foreign Affairs.
Required documents include a passport declaration paper (standard form), 3 photos (size 4cmx6cm), a photo of ID card, documents sending the person abroad issued by authorized persons, a photo of invitation and the existing diplomatic passports or notes. In case of lost passports, authorized bodies and agencies of the passport applicants should be informed with written documents.
The application files are guaranteed of safe and quick delivery via post office.
