Sept.’s export turnover rises nearly 86 percent

The province’s export turnover in September has gained USD23.4 million, a raise of nearly 86 percent over the same period last year, according to the Binh Dinh Department of Industry and Trade.

The province’s 9-month export turnover was estimated to achieve VND305 million, accounting for over 87 percent of the total yearly plan and up nearly 37 percent compared to the same period of 2009.

Among them, the State-owned firms were estimated to reach USD 9.8 million, an increase of 15 percent; meanwhile, non State-owned domestic firms saw a rise of over USD283 million, a surge of over 38.3 percent, and foreign-invested enterprises got the value of USD11.7 million, a rise of nearly 25 percent.
