The district  has already distributed 540 littres of medicines to its communes and towns. All of poultry farms and local markets all over Tuy Phuoc are being disinfected from 20 to 28 February. Poultry flocks at 2 communes of Phuoc Loc and Phuoc Thuan, where avian flu used to break out, are being vaccinated. Bird slaughtering and trading at Tuy Phuoc is closely watched.
