Photographer Dao Tien Dat, Branch Chief of Vietnam Photography Association in  Binh Dinh wins Special Award-Best of Asia in 2006 Venice Internatinal Artistic Photograph Competition in Italia with his two black-and-white works: “Confucian tutor” (above photo) and “Journey to ashes and dust”. An English photographer wins Special Award - Best of Europe and an American photographer wins Special Award-Best of America.

In addition, 15 sets of medals are awarded for works of 15 subjects such as Nature and Life, Scenery, Human Portrait, Tourism,etc.
