3rd Dao Tan – Xuan Dieu award granted

Binh Dinh Province People's Committee on October 12 held the granting ceremony of the third Dao Tan-Xuan Dieu award to artists in Binh Dinh. Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People's Committee, Le Huu Loc; and artists attended the ceremony.

In this time's award, authors proved their great improvement, particularly in the field of literature. Works deeply reflected many aspects of life as well as the local social-economic development. The quatity and quality of both authors and award-winning-works were considerably improved.

At the ceremony, 59 prizes, including 22 prizes A, 22 prizes B, and 15 consolation prizes, were granted to authors and works in fields of poem-epic; research, translation, and literature criticism; folk culture and culture of ethnic minorities; music; stage; fine arts; and photography.

Vice Chairman Loc congratulated award-winning authors and highly appreciated achievements in culture and art. He asked artists to continue making an effort to compose more works in the coming time.
