Binh Dinh Culture and Information Department on May 10 in Quynhon city held a ceremony to honor 6 artists on whom President Nguyen Minh Triet bestowed People’s Artist and Meritorious Artist titles.
At the ceremony, vice-chairwoman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh, on behalf of the President, awarded the People’s Artist title for the director of Dao Tan Tuong (classical opera) theatre Nguyen Thi Hoa Binh and the Meritorious Artist title for the artists: Hoang Ngoc Dinh, Cao Trong Que, LeThi Tam (DaoTan Tuong theatre), Nguyen Tan Hao, Dang Thi Thien Chi (Binh Dinh Bai Choi folk-song company). Also, on this occasion, vice-director of Binh Dinh Culture and Information Department Nguyen An Pha was bestowed the third Labor Medal.
