Ngoc Hoi-Dong Da victory demonstrated the masterful military strategies – speed and surprise – of the Tay Son insurgent army under the leadership of the brilliant commander and politician, Quang Trung-Nguyen Hue. It went down into the nation’s history as an immortal epic of the struggle for national construction and defence.
At the ceremony, provincial leaders and representatives of bodies and agencies carried out the grand incense and flower offering at Tay Son Tam Kiet shrine, honoring the victory of Tay Son movement.
Many traditional art performances were also held on the following day.
