Binh Dinh coastal Sports-Culture Festival opens

The opening ceremony of the 8th Binh Dinh coastal Sports-Culture Festival took place in Tan Phung 1 Hamlet, My Tho Commune, Phu My District on May 19.

Vice Chairwoman of provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh attended the ceremony.

Nearly 600 coming from Quy Nhon City and Districts participated in the festival. They took part in the performance of bai choi and folk songs as well as the first round of beauty contest.

Sports, ba trao chanty, and folk games have been carried out on May 20. The festival plans to end by May 21 after the final round of the beauty contest finishes.
