A press conference on Tay Son – Binh Dinh Festival was held on August 4.
Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh and many reporters attended the press conference.
Tay Son – Binh Dinh Festival 2008 was successfully held with distinctive features, attracting scores of visitors, according to report delivered by Binh Dinh Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
The report also showed that nearly 20,000 people came to Binh Dinh on the occasion of Tay Son – Binh Dinh Festival. It is expected to be held every two years.
Participants also made some suggestions relating to the security, conditions for reporters, and other issues.
Vice Chairwoman Binh expressed many thanks for their contribution, affirming that the Organisation Board would learn experiences to better hold the 2nd festival.
