Dat wins three prizes at WIEP-2009

“Solitary” wins PSA Mid-Atlantic gold medal

The photographer Dao Tien Dat won three prizes at the 76th Wilmington International Exhibition of Photography 2009 (WIEP-2009).

His photo entitled “Solitary” won the PSA Mid-Atlantic gold medal. The PSA silver medal (most creative) was awarded to “Turning point 3”. The Certificate of Honour was given to his other photo named “friend”.

Other Vietnamese photographers also won two prizes at WIEP-2009, including Le Hong Linh (PSA silver medal for “after war”) and Than Nguyen (Delware Photographic Society’s silver medal for “bath”).
