Two Tay Son dynasty’s conferring decrees found

Two conferring decrees under the Tay Son dynasty were found at the Mais’ worshipping house in An My hamlet, Quang Tri province, according to Quang Tri Museum vice director Le Duc Tho.

Two conferring decrees honour a man called Mai Trong Thong who made great contributions when joining Tay Son army.

King Canh Thinh conferred two titles on him on Feb.19, 1793 and Oct.16, 1795.
