15:58', 21/11/ 2010 (GMT+7)

Binh Dinh Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism has just decided to postpone the organization of the 2010 national festival of traditional Tuong (Vietnamese Classical Drama) in Binh Dinh. Its announcement says:

According to Decision No. 3857/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated November 2nd 2010 by Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism on the organization of the “2010 national festival of traditional Tuong in Binh Dinh”, the festival would take place in November 20-25, 2010. However, floods in central provinces in general and Binh Dinh in particular are happening complicatedly, causing severe damages and great human losses.  As the central provinces have been focusing on flood control and repairing the damages, Binh Dinh Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism decides to postpone the 2010 national festival of traditional Tuong. It will announce the time of organization later.
