Take it to your heart

Different performances with various styles which had been showed during the four-day event were also displayed at closing ceremony, proving the diversification of Vietnamese traditional martial arts.

Some selected performances continuously received admiring words from the audience, thereby helping Binh Dinh’s people and martial arts practitioners fully comprehend the great significance of Vietnamese traditional martial arts. This is also one of main goals of the traditional martial arts festivals.

Also, martial arts practitioners’ love for Vietnamese traditional martail arts has been enhanced when enjoying art performances combined with martial arts techniques showed at the closing ceremony.

The festival took place in a short time but has left a deep impression on martial arts instructors and practitioners, particularly foreign squads.

Joining and performing martial arts in one of the cradles of Vietnamese traditional martial arts to popularize the quintessence of traditional martial arts is an honour of any Vietnamese martial arts lovers living abroad.

The festival helped them to learn more about Vietnam as well as its culture and people. Only when coming to Vietnam could many martial arts practitioners thoroughly feel the soul of martial arts techniques they’ve practiced.

Join effort to promote Vietnam’s martial arts

Martial arts instructors and researchers proposed initiatives, aiming to make Vietnamese traditional martial arts become part of international martial arts tournaments at the workshop on the preservation and development of Vietnamese traditional martial arts preservation held on August 4.

The workshop also focused on a proposal for the establishment of International Federation of Vietnam traditional martial arts, getting many dicussions. The most crucial issue is the establishment of a panel, preparing for any further steps.
