Bustling atmosphere at Nuoc Man festival

Scores of local people and visitors flock to Ba pagoda to enjoy the festival.

The Nuoc Man festival took place in An Hoa hamlet of Phuoc Quang commune in Tuy Phuoc district on March 6, attracting thousands of local people and visitors.

Also, on the occasion, Ba pagoda was recognized as a historical relic of provincial magnitude. The Ba worshipping rituals and incense offering ceremony were solemnly held at the pagoda located in Phuoc Quang commune, Tuy Phuoc district.

Many activities then took place, making the festival more bustling, such as different folk games, volleyball competition, and bai choi.

More than 10,000 people come here during the festival, making the Ba pagoda become overloaded with visitors, according to Vice Chairwoman of Phuoc Quang commune People’s Committee, Ly Thi Hong Gam.

The pagoda is expected to be extended in the coming time, becoming an attractive destination in Tuy Phuoc.
